Dana Tolbert Interiors is based in Ridgefield, Connecticut and serves clients throughout the greater New York metropolitan area. For projects beyond this region, we welcome inquiries and are happy to discuss how we might work together.

  • A full design is best suited for spaces in need of a complete transformation. We collaborate closely with you—and, when needed, your architect or builder—to design every element, from flooring and millwork to lighting, layout, furnishings, and final installation.

  • For a partial design, we thoughtfully incorporate existing elements while introducing select new pieces to refresh the space with intention and cohesion.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

Designing a home is a layered process, but it becomes manageable when guided with care. We approach each project in four phases:

Step 1. Discovery call and on-site consultation

Step 2. Concept development and floor plans

Step 3. Design detailing and procurement

Step 4. Installation and final styling

Our role is to lead you through each step, ensuring the process feels organized and seamless from start to finish.
